Theres loads of faulty PS2's for sale on Ebay at the moment... A few of them have been dropped and are therefore fucked. But a few people have some which have just stopped working (apparently). I was thinking that it could be the power supply that has given up. So do any of you know anything about those invertors that go inside the actual console? How much of the power supply does it replace? Cos the Ps2's are going for about a tenner and I might get one for in me car...

Usually on all PS2's there are laser faults.
Laser replacements including labour are between £60 - £70 and PSU replacements varies between models for £20-£40 including labour.

Probably should get a new one then! Does anyone know where I can get some LCD screens from too? I want 2 don't care what make/size, just they are CHEAP!

How much tax did you have to pay, cos its well cheap! I might get a few screens from them and have a bit of a multimedia thing going on!

add $20 post and 17.5% to the total cost overal, dhl charges you about a week later for the vat.
