I'm gonna be installing interior neons but i'll be choppin the cig adapters off so i need to know which are ok to do this and which have a transformer(?) in the cig adapter.
People who have done it this way. which neons have you used so i know which to get. Cheers.

none of mine had transofrers in the plugs, i just cut the plugs off and wired em upto a permanent live and earth.

i ran 2 wires off the intoir light on roof one is - and the other is + so when you open doors they come on and also then you pull your light switch out they come on so you dont get no hassel off the pigs takes about 20 mins most the time is spent tiding the 2 wires from roof to under dash but it aint hard at all

i just pushed the wire into the bk of the cig lighter conectors, so kept tht aswell

Slap some under your parcel shelf and wire them to the boot light. They'll come on when you open the boot- looks ace!!
