I've never even thought about this, I regularily take a piss down a lane when on the piss and either A) the toilets are flooded and blocked off B) the place has closed or we've been chucked out and I'm dying to take a leak or C) I'm just trying to get home / wherever and I badly need a slash.
Usually do it down a lane, done it a couple of times on people's walls of their houses (like down the side) - when I'm really pissed.
But never thought about getting in shit for it.
gutted.
