my question is the adjustable strut thingy's.......

do these re adjust themselves over time as this is the inpression i get from the haynes and just looking at the mechanism it appears this is what happenens

Am i wrong in asumming this?

yerh re-adjust after about 5 pushes of the ped. Says in Haynes to do this to adjust them. u should hear it clicking
