my mrs has just got a SXi corsa (good girl ), and the accelorator is stiff as hell, what can i do to make it more easy to put down???

i have done that,by the pedal, and it hasnt done anything!!!

open the bonnet and see if it isnt kinked in any way?

is the engine DBW or normal cable operation. check the route of the cbale fromt he pedal to the throtle

I had this problem on my car. I just sprayed loads of wd40 in the engine bay where the cable joins 2 the engine. It loosened it a bit but you get used to it after a while
