one of my mates had his written test and roll play thing the other day and he heard back that he passed all that! hes just got to get past the medical now... is it hard? (just so i can lie to him and say the opposite about what its like )

The Fitness test varies from force to force. I had to run an obstacle course. run turn a cone, run jump a six foot gap, up a flight of stairs and then down again, throgh a window, jump a five foot wall, back through the window, back over teh stairs, run, over a hurdle, under a hurdle, over a hurdle, turn, run over a balance beam and back the start. You have to do this six times in under 4 minutes
