1) how do u smooth the petrol cap, ie get rid of the lip?
2) where can i get a replacement glass for my dtm mirrors?

Replacement glass, i think PVD do them
Petrol cap will require you to file down the lip and then a mixture of fibeglass and filler to get a smoooth finish
