i've got a janspeed cat back and was planning on putting decat from janspeed on...
but my mate has just put a magnex decat on his VTS, which consists of a straight through cat, then straight though to the backbox and it sounded terrible!
i think its the lack of boxes that makes it rasp like a cunt?
cause the janspeed has a little box on the decat so would i b right in thinking it won't rasp loudly?
in fact n e one with janspeed decats - what do they sound like?

yeah that's what i though 
i got a centre section on my janspeed system, so ill be ok then.
have you got the janspeed decat on yours Godfather? or a decat?

ive got a de cat pipe mate.sounds great.its on a 1600 not too loud top end more tuned sound

I had the Janspeed mild steel de-cat on my old 1.6 sport, didn't rasp at all.
It did give 5bhp at the wheels though!
Quality!
Had a standard middle section and Magnex backbox.
