Any1 know how this is done ?Looks like theres a alan bolt or torx bolt at the back but thats the only thing i can see keeping it in place, other than that looks like it will push forward of the subframe???

disegage the explosive seat belt thing the use torx bits to undo the front bolts and the slide out

there are no bolts at the front

Them torx bolts can be a bugger! I rounded one off so hacksawed across the top so it could take a big flathead screwdriver. If you fuck the bolt, vauxhall sold me some at 40p each!

Remove two torx at back. Lift rear and slide entire seat/frame forwards - wallah, couldnt be easier!

where can i get that little red thing that you put into the cannister to stop it going off?
It's like a little red plastic tab?
