On the GSI over weekend, how to do it?
(inc. what size bit to remove it cheers)

Take it off, i then rubbed down with 800 grade wet n dry, then 1000, then 1200 until smooth all over. clean with wite spirit and remove all dust then spray on 2-3 coats of primer then 3 coats of paint. then

ohh leave over nite between primer and overcoat!!!! (and allow 20mins between coats of paint) Have a look in the tutorial section there is full and more detailed instructions into doing this!!

Did mine black and it looks


P.S Preperation and patientce is the key to good finish

i don't rub down with 1200 until its primed, i.e sand the plastic with 600 then prime, then sand inbetween coats of primer with 1200.

just the way i been doing it.....prob don't matter.

yea sorry i forgot, i use 1200 before then that again after 2 coats of primer.
Just my technique that works well for me

and dont use white spirit, its oil based, used paint thinners.

there is abosolutely no need to leave it over night. i have always sprayed my car after the primer has been on about half hour.

looks good im wantin to do mine but keep vauxhall tho or at least have sum white writin on there possibly 1.0l how cud i go about this

Write something out in masking tape then spray over it an remove it at the end...
Or the oppostite... Spray at the end with a stencil or sommet?

i sprayed mine too, took me 1 week end and got some stickers made up by a sign writing shop. 8 squid
