Cars get harsher when they get lower as the lower you go the less spring travel you have.
was just looking at the pic above and remembering what my springs look like. winding the threads down brings the car down... the spring gets longer so wouldn't it have more bounce and travel?

the spring stays the same as the platform is moving, as u move platform up, spring goes up, if the spring didnt, then the car wouldnt get any higher
