was going round a close corner up to a rounadbout, out of sainsburys, and a kerb had just broken away and was sticking out so the car went over it and kerbed my alloy why cant they maintain the roads

quite a deep scratch all the way round, ran my finger over it and all the metal stuff came off and caught my front1 on it2
