Won a pheonix gold sub and box, emailed the seller to disscuss payment as they left no specific instructions. Its been 3 business day since the end of the auction, in which time ebay say you should make contact. Can i refuse to buy the item after this time because of no contact?

lol i was jkoking, i av never used ebay, you might get bad feed back or somthing, i dunno. but surley you dnt HAVE to pay if you dont want too.

it is but the is a note on an email ebay sent to say id won, that contact must be made within 3 business days. I've emailed and had no reply. I would buy it but, im not being messed around. I have excellent feedback saying i am a very fast payer, and even if the seller gave me bad feedback, if can be explained.
