Chip inside the key looks like a grey rectangle at the top, you sure its not in there

It looks like nothing, my mate opened up his Tigra key on Saturday and its a tiny tiny rectangle at the top of the black bit.

Looks like a tiny magnet.

I'll doube check dude. Keys are with it though, will check tonight. but I'm pretty sure it's empty!

I think you will find its in there alright, its tiny and hardly noticeable.

...and you don't need the immobiliser chip inside the key anymore either.
