mine is a 15.2 but your is not a dead 15.2 (15.25 or 15.28 maybe) and my terminals are higher which mean I am faster.

15.29, 15.21, 15.24, in that order.
I've never posted my official terminal speeds so how can you claim your faster? I just know they are between 93-95mph.

15.204 so faster. so what are your terminals then. if they are faster I have no problem with that. most if not all 20.L corsa's have done faster 1.4 miles than me. no big deal

aye, 0.06 is so much faster As i say, how many runs have you had up a strip to get this time?
I recorded mine at PVS, and anyone who went will know the temperature of that day. I will be going to SP this year to beat it.
And it beat Lee M's time over 1/4. Most 2.0 corsas are either on 15"s or 17"s. 15"s will go faster, 17"s will record slower times.
No big deal? Not really to me, but as you seemed to want to put my car down yet again saying it post crap 1/4 mile times, well, obviously is a big deal to you more than me

Now THATS gutting
Can't wait till D4 looses a bit more weight. Mmmmmm flywheel, 4 pots, that would be a further 30kg lost straight away.
Reckon i can shed around 20-30kg from removing all teh sound deadening, current false floor and other bits. So on a cooler day, im hoping to just get a 15 sec dead. Would be happy with that for a basically standard engine

yes. I know. you did well but I thought you would have gone faster though. 170hp in a car that weight less than a ton shoudl have got into the 14s

Excusses if you want to think them as excusses do so.
I look at them as real reasons, and reasons that hopefully i can improve on next time i go up the pod. I dont feel as in-secure as you seem to.
My time is slower than most other 2.0 corsas, yup, thats cool. Put them on 16"s and watch their times drop as well.

Vibs, yeah had 170bhp, but due to naff Dbilas I only had 118lb/ft.

The Corsa is gone now and so has the engine.
I sold the Corsa about a month ago but had the original 1.2 16v engine put back in first.
The spec then was 142bhp.
Dbilas throttle bodies
K&N Induction kit
Custom superchip
Adjustable fuel rate
Full de-cat exhaust system.
