well the vibe was just an amp that ran 2 x 100rms for the front speakers, and wasnt that dear.

what headunit would you get, and why sepnd more money on it?? recon it will not do the system justice??

have a wild guess at the price of the system with all the wire and what you see there, but not including mdf or carpet.

the vibe will only run 50wRMS to each channel, not 100wRMS, because the comps are 4ohms. Although you could run them at 2ohms, but then it would only be a mono

As for the HU, its in the bottom range of Alpines gear, and there is alot of difference between their bottom stuff and top stuff For a decent Alpine HUm i would look at spending another 100 quid and getting a 9830R or a 9812R @ 250 quid, which lots of people have said there really good (cant comment on that model, since i havnt heard it personally ). Also, look at other manufactures, like Pioneer or Kennys, although again, you should be looking at the 200 quid range for something fairly decent

Although, having a guess at the whole price, i would say about 1000-1500 quid?

9830/9831's are very similar units to the one he posted, the extra money on them goes into the flashier flip down full size screen.
U need the 9833R to actually make much difference to the internals, but then its getting expensive.

Agree the vibe amp is gonna be poor, get the matching rockie power one i posted, thats discounted too....
