I got my tints done on wed, when i got the car back there was like a clear outer rim on my back window, i thought it was air bubbles. I got the usual story - dont heat window or put them down for 3-4 days etc. They said it would take time to settle down.
Today the back still looks the same and i am not impressed. You can't see it from the inside as its past the edge of the glass(on inside).
I am meant to be going to a cruise on Sat night but if they stay like they are now i won't be going, not going to be laughed it!!!!
They said to give it time to settle and if anything needed sorted they would come back and do it.
In order to go on Sat they would need to sort it tomorrow but i can't call them till tomorrow at the earliest so doubt they will look at it straight away.
Has anyone had experience of this or any idea on what to do?
I will try get pics up in a bit if i can.
Like this all the way round back window.

Its probably where the windows are black round the edges, and have them little dots at the edge of where the clear glass started. Look at someone who's windows aren't tinted and you'll see what i'm on about

It always happens unless they sand the dot matrix down or use other methods. The majority of cars with tint have it.

nothing u can do bout it
its all due to the heating element in the glass
that bit that has not settled is where the glass is textured
had that problem on my old gsi and i got it on my bmw.
cept on the bmw the back window aint perfect cos it was a cunt to do a bmw coupe apparantly
