How fcuking shit
The whole system is crap, wish houses were jus at set prices...
Offered 25k more than the place was valued at an still didnt get it (was only 66 to begin with) Whole cycle of viewing/valuing/offer etc takes ages too, most places close before can get a chance.... it's jus ghey

our house was easy to buy. the people needed to move out. we asked them what they wanted and offered less, the asked for more we offered a bit more and they accepted.
