What sort or Mondeo, new style ?
From Y reg type ?
You can pick up the 2.0 Zetec cheap, I know someone who has one 78,000 miles , 51 plate, 18" ford optional wheels, slate metallic colour, gorgeous interior, 145 bhp, 0-60 in 8.7, handles amazingly, really for size of car.
Cost him 4900 quid from an auction with fsh.

Yeh i was looking at the previous style, not the brand new type.
But 145bhp isn't to be sniffed at.
Just out of personaly preference i like saloon cars... the only reason i bought a small hatchback was because of high insurance.
If i can get around £3000 for my corsa i could get a mondeo for about £4-5000 and insure it for about £1400 for the year.
