when i rip all of the inside of the car oot,(may sound silly) do i sound proof the outer panels? or the bits on the inside the outer panels seems gud

buy as much dynamat as you can dude.. and cover any panel you can get some on.. For those hard to reach places use expanding foam  your car will be rck solid in n time at all

I agree you can never have enough dynamat but do not use expanding foam as it etches into the cars metal and promotes rust.
