probs slate me for asking this but isnt it just like driving around with alloys on exhaust and not telling insurance company? or are they bigger consquences ?

Bigger conciquences, because that is a real performance mod... An exhaust on a 1.4 wont give you a double power output, and alloys just look nice... I think the police would rape you if you were found out, cos you really are completely voiding your insurance, as well as not regestering the vehicle correctly with the DVLA. DO NOT DO IT!!!

is it insured as a 2 litre?
if not then its real bad. but if the insurance know itsa 2 litre then its not so bad but it has to be registered soon

no becuase alloys and kits if u dnt have to tell the dvla about , but engine changes you do. so get them told.

you may aswell buy a calibra and tell the insurance your driving a corsa

Think were talking about insurance here...

Basically, it's that same as insuring your 1.6 GSi Corsa as a 1.2 8v so you can get group 3 insurance...

Yeah but the copper probably did'nt look under the bonnet to be honest.

Most cars are capable of 103mph nowdays.

Basically its all funny scamming the Insurance till u Knock some1 down and they sue for millions and the Insurance won't pay because your car isn't what you've told them, And be sure they'll investigate anything over £2000
