no not a gash hole... simply more waste of space (storage)

if anyone wanted to steal my 2 units, they would first have to break into the car.

if i broke into your car with the intention of stealing your alpine hu, i could get it out in the same time as taking my two units out, its not hard. smart ass.

no you would need to mod it,

ie fibreglass it

martin all you would have to do is pull your two units out,

with mine you would have to take the exerior clip off, then have a tool to pull the clips out either side,

then slide it out of the cage,

im putting my screen in soon and also my headunit is going below, im fabricating a double din to take both units

Martins is in a cage youd have to do exactly the same to remove his alpine.

lol Yeh u've gotta love Ebay. Don't think i've ever paid full price for anything, and usually make a tidy margin on resale

Sticking with my Sony tv/dvd setup for now tho

Do what i did mate, i bought one of the rubber inserts that goes in the tray below the headlight switch, trimmed it a bit and glued it into the gap in the fascia adaptor.

I'll show u mine next time i see you
