Might sound like a dumb question, I want to take the clock unit right out, the whole thing. Im going to take the plastic front off and fit silver clock surrounds and my lockwood dails.
But to take the whole clock unit out, do you have to take the steering wheel off? because surley there aint enough room between the pod and the wheel to get it out ???

No, the clocks can come out without the steering wheel being removed, unscrew all of the screws and the lock surround and then jiggle it loose
