My engine management light came on 2day and my speedo stopped working, any ideas whats up? will it cost alot to get sorted, had a steering wheel fitted the day before, would that have anything to do with it?

what year if you have a mechanical speedo something may have come lose behind the dash but i doubt this would cause the engine management light to come on

Its a 96 P reg, should i drive my car while this light is on?

get a diagnatistic test (DIY or Vauxhall) and see what the problem is

you've got an electronic speedo by the way

dont know at moment not at work. check on the cover of fuse lid. will show a fag symbol. or just pull one out at a time n check em. you been using anythin in cigarette lighter?

Would this cause the engine management light to come on though? Noticed its idling a bit rough
