Bad news is the housing company are ready to release our house - meaning it will be available to buy soon :S We have first dibs so we have until the end of Juen to come up with £8,125 - which is fine - we have that but we have to be able to get a mortgage in the meantime (no point putting down the deposit on the house if we have no mortgage) but until I sell my car I have over £10k of HP and a credit card which I shall clear with the prioceeds of me car :S
