Okay, need opinions.

Someone I know to talk to, scuffed their car down mine the other night by accident. He is paying for the damage.

I need the lower part of my passenger door resprayed and dents removed. Basically everything under the Sport bumpstrip.

Got a quote of £170 inc. VAT. Is this any good you reckon?? Then I gotta get a new sidestrip too!

seems a tad high....shud be more like bout £130'ish

not that much work involved really....all it is is a few dents....and a door-resprayed

remove bump strips otherwise they will spray up to them and then ya can never remove them

too low a quote id say but then i wouldnt just spray the bottom half of the door, id blend out alot further than that to guarantee a colour match.

i paid £90 for a full door re=spray on my old previous corsa.
that was @ UK garage in Milton Keynes

Yeah, just this guy is being a bit weird about it, reckons he can get it done cheaper.

I've told him I'm taking it where I choose, cos he did the damage.

Well you should use your rear view really, lot of mobility vehicles round your way who could catch you up and over take pretty easily!

most places would just spray the whole panel as its easier than blending it in too the old paint. less time consuming.
