Trying to set it up for 1st time got everything downloaded etc, power wont cum on, take me modem out and power goes on, starts updating but it requires the net, but it wont work with the net plugged in

It should have 1 for the house, 1 fag lighter, & 1 so you can hard wire it into the car.

You could try one of those universal ones from argos.

hmm, all i got is a straight cord, and a coiled cord, all thats listed in the manual aswell, oh well i'll borrow a transformer from work and do it tha way cheers for the help boys
