I seen the JBL all in one option in halfords.
Its like a tube with subs either end, and an amp in the middle. Looks like of like a base tube.....retails for 99£
Is it shit or what?

Tis shit, my mate got one and sounds rubish when compared to my 12" sub and seporate amp... Seeing as mine only cost £30 more I rekon your better saving your money and looking for deals in the back of Max Power or Revs....

Im looking to buy a sub and amp. But i want the amp to power my back 6x9's also....would i need a 2 channel amp for this? or do i have to buy two amps?

Wouldnt Touch JBL mate to be honest, theyre shite and ive heard some JBL subs for maself.
As for your question about an amp to power both your sub and 6x9s, its really up to you what you want and depending on the power you need.
You could buy a 2 Channel one, or get 2 monoblocks, depending on how much you wanna spend. Entirely up to you. If i were you, go into a specialist ICE place and ask em, they will tell ya and give you examples. Would never go to Hellfords to buy or ask bout ice.
