Take it you've installed all the software on your PC?

put it in the cradle, then if it's a *.sis file double click and it will install, if it's a vid/mp3 you will need to go into my computer, click on folders at the top so you get the navigation bar down the side and near the bottom your phone will b listed, then just explore like on your local drives
