Just to warn everyone about PVD. There have been loads of other warnings on mig (and here!) and it seems they are getting worse and ripping people off.

There accounts were posted on other forums and things are not looking at all good for them, they have had a load of CJJ's as well.

Search Novaload if you want to see the accounts.

Beware!

Yes I am making it worse for them, but if a company feels that they can trade in these dishonest ways then I feel nothing for them, only the consumer.

Every company does have a hard time, but you shouldn't deal with it by ripping people off.

If they were a partnership or sole trader they would have avoided this information falling into the public domain

Then they should hold their hands up and admit it and not take orders, or at least warn and keep customers up to date, then it's the customers own risk...

maybe they are a ltd company for a reason, such as tax, etc,
Anyway they made a profit most newish companys don't many top plc lose millions royal mail lost 200+ million one year and I think you find most companys with have a couple of ccjs as you can't please all of the people all of the time

just for the record thoug mine does not

I have no doubt that they do have good reasons, but as im sure you are aware, there are pro's and con's for each. What they save in tax might be lost through this bad publicity......

Good point, but accopanied with the recent shocking stories it doesn't seem good. There seems to be a big gap in their cash flow which isn't any good irrespective of profit.

I wouldn't risk my money with them.

There is adequate protection offered to consumers both in freedom of information on boards and consumer advice/credit law etc.

I'm all up for people talking about good and bad experience but publishing of the accounts is not only gossip pure and simple, its also of questionable legality. I'm fairly sure that those accounts are acquired under licence and its not my wish to risk being held accountable for flouting that licence.

Great if you're nosey, for everything else there's Mastercard.
