will i need to do any arch modifictaions if i fit 17" rims to a corsa
they are et45, with 205/40/17 tyres and the car is not lowered yet

yer i know soz man i was just wondering cos i went through like 100 threads and couldnt find the answer they were all with lowering or 15-16" rims

yes they will rub, need to debolt rear archs, if still does it get saw out cut metal up, if still does it need longer bumpstops!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree with Kris , it will rub, but no 2 cars are the same, even if they r the same.............
I am running 7 x 17" ET45 with 205/40/17 tyres and it rubs like a bitch at the back on coilovers, this is with arch bolts removed, archs bonded and metal bent /cut/angle grinded...
Car is currently in bodyshop having the metal flared, and im hoping this will sort it out once and for all !!!

I didn't mean to sound angry - its just in the last few months theres been nothing new in this bit of CorsaSport. Just more of the same. I guess everythings been done now and the originality in odding corsas is wearing thinner now there gettin older.
You see cool stuff now and again - which is good, but I've read so many threads about 17s even I'm an expert even though I never ever will think about doing it!
