Having a few problems,

My doorcard doesnt seem to want to fit exactly in the rear? Why is this? Shouldnt they be the same?

Also i cant get the front door card to fit properly due to the window seal not fittin properly, i think i need new metal clips, but not sure, how much do these go for at vaux??

Cheers

Gone thru this before recently. The rears are the hardest too fit.

What you mean fit exactly?

I only used three metal clips, and moved them if the d/card broke at that point. I think theres supposed to be five. 3 is enough.

Mike, basically it is about 1cm out.

I used 3 too, i just cant get it to "pop" in. Its slots in the top, to the rear (where the rear seat belt lives) i can just get it over the bolt for the bottom of the seatbelt.

But it seems to be like 1cm away from being pushed in and i just cant budge it. Ive tried every method, top in first bottem first etc etc. It just wont budge that final 1cm. i.e this is where it would properly align with the pole at the bottom right to go into the bottom of the passenger seatbelt fitting.

So it just wont go that final cm.

So much fucking hassle. 2 days and no further

I forget this is why i usually pay people to do it! IM FOOKED OFF!!

The bottom bit with a plug bit can be bent around to fit it. I think I put the rearmost part in first, then the top row of poppers bottom clip and that was it. IIRC I just pushed it hard and it mated up alright. As long as it aligns with the rubber seal it will be alright.
