nearly bout 7000 miles ago im thinkin i mite do a mini home service this weekend, wot should i do apart from filter, oil change, and plugs?

not much else u can do mate, my 8v sri responded really well to fresh plugs bloody champion eons i'd put in were naffed , so paid far too much for some denso iridium jobbies, runs much nicer now

kewl im putting a pvd element filter in and gunna drill the air box, which spark plugs would u reccomend? and ant where 2 get em cheapish?

dont really know which plugs, mine cost 42 quid a set... but go for multi electrode jobbies, probably buy vauxhall equipment, ive got a 93 sri so i though i'd play about a bit, payed of nicely too but cost 42 quid for plugs, 35 quid for k+n panel filter, got cheapo halfords ht leads changed my fuel filter and other little bits like cleaning earth points. Dunno if its relavant but car will INDICATE round about 120mph flat out now

sed it indicates that, all ive done is zorst, top end rebuild, k+n panel in drilled airbox with loadsa cold air, replaced just about evry sensor, iridium plugs, fuel filter... not much really, probs speedo inaccurate
