I went to hallfords and bought a gear stick knob for my corsa, i bought one which lifted up to allow me to get into reverse gear but the problem is getting the gear knob off the gear stick! How do i do this?

so i pull it really hard cz it twirls but wont actually come of

Pull it really hard while twisting it.....



**Please note its not advisable to use this technique with any other knob**

I just hacked it 2 peices coz it would not come off no matter how hard i tried but i would not advise my way as i cut my figers open a few times lol

have heard so many stories that they need cutting off, i just twisted mine and then gave it a gentle pull and off it came easy as you like!, did it today in a matter of mins

Hold the stick securely and twist the knob to break the glue, then just lift off.

sit on the gear knob and take dirty pictures.

then just twist it off.
