i just did up the corsa gear box solector under the bonnet and it wont change gear

bit more info.....

is the pin securing the linkage in? i.e is the shifter actualy moving the linkage

or is the linkage needing lined up....

it is all complete mate but i got in my motor and it is right back by my front seater and wont move

get a haynes for an astra 2.0 there a sequence of things to do to get this right

i have to lock the selctor in place it a drill bit

in the haynes manual i'm sure u put it into 4th gear to take it out and put it back in....shouldnt have a problem then......

look down this image...it will take ages to laod coz its 1.2mb.....it shows yuo how to modify the linkage
