alirght lads, who trains here? i am gonna get back into it i used to train 3times a week but im to tired to now days. do u think if i trained twice a week i would still get more muscle?

not really. Rest is important. Hence monday, wednesday, friday. IF your tired your probably A) not getting enough sleep. B) Not eating enough

you could be corect Si its just im in the building trade so im lifting shite all day etc jsut want to get bit bigger and get the muscle back again. i dont want to be massive other wise i would change my diet 100% and use protein

guess that can be a pain. The most painful thing i found it back and legs day. So alternate the deadlift/squat every friday night. That way all weekend to recover. Shoulders, arms are barable tbh

yes si, especially when you give the lats and delts a hammering, but its a good kind of ache, i get our lass to prod it cos it's ace

What do you do to hit the lats Venom? Cannot stand bent over rows, buts its now hindering my bench. Which is seriously lagging in comparison
