In Paris yes it is true they cannot drive correctly.

In France they are not large modifications.
Except in Belgium and Germany they are beautiful!! (see my post "meetin Ciney")

the mod scene is certainly different from ours, even when you lot aren't even that far from us.

had a look at the ciney thread and i like some, but some are too "wacky" in my opinion.
good ideas though, maybe not pulled off.
