Ive got 3 wires and 4 pins

Im pretty sure the top left is the power, but not 100%
where do my other 2 wires go? (Ground and the Control Wire)

In case anyone has same problema nd does a search.....
Both the top 2 are POWER
Middle one is the CONTROL WIRE
Bottom on is the EARTH
