Had some bloke punch me in the face last night when I was p*ssed. Now I have a cheek all swollen like a hamsters.
Worried it's gonna bruise, so is there anything I can do to keep in down? Sitting here at work hopin no one notices!!

I heard butter mixed with cocoa powder works...rub it in.. where abouts did u get punched Alex..down riverside or at ya local or summin?

ice is the best bet to directly cool down the muscles and tissue. Stops them from getting inflamed.

Keep a pack pressed against your face for as long as you can stand it, or when you start getting sharp stabbing pains in your cheek. Also put some ice in your mouth and keep it pressed wherever it hurts. Try and get it from both sides.
