Had a cough for last couple of days, ok nothing bad there it happens but just cant stop it long enouh to get to sleep
Went to bed at 10pm and gotta be in work at 3am but not had a wink yet so i gotta work 3 - 10pm and so that will mean by the time i get home i will have been up for 26 hours

Have a glass of warm milk, helps sometimes. I got to be up at 8, earliest ive been up since PV by about 4 hours

tried drinks OD'd on medicine shit of 2 types and fook all so im just gonna wait to get picked up by me mate at 2.30am and hope i can last the day :S
