I'm not generally unreasonable, and I don't intend to start being so. In spite of this, many people who complain choose to get off on entirely the wrong foot. Here follows a quick guide to complaining, completely anonymous and not aimed at anyone, but these comments are in direct reference to a number of u2us and emails I've received from a number of people over a number of years.
Don't tell me you're going to go further, at least not until I fail to act. Its a rather large insult to be threatened in this way espcially when I've not yet been given the opportunity to act in most cases.
Don't tell me you're going to cancel prem. You can't. We have refunded in the past for two reasons; there was a good reason and it wasn't dont as a threat. It worries me greatly if any premium member is unhappy with the membership and I'll do whatever I can to make people happier, but it is not leverage.
Don't get involved and have a go, the complain when it gets too much for you. Its not my place to untangle to web of abuse back and fro and identify who started it. The official line (and the one which is usually quickest, easiest and most tempting) is to ban both people. Bear in mind the bit about it being easy. Anything else like spending time to read things is usually more work for staff just to help whoever is complaining out.
There's probably more. Bottom line, if in doubt try me for a response but please read the first sentence again before you click 'Compose'. Sorry if the contents of this annoy anyone but being annoyed occasionally affects me as well, hence the post.

Also the Nochex payments are kept off-shore so cheques would be a big no-no.
