has anybody got their sub fitted facing UPWARDS in the Spear wheel compartment in corsa B???
will it sound GOOD/OK positioned like this??
it would save loads of room??
but is it safe and ok to do it??? will it rattle??
my mate has it in his polo, but VW boots are quite deep 
the sub is in a standard 12inch box facing upwards with a clothed MDF board to cover the whole top with a cut out for the sub, its ort of like a Box in a Box....if u get what i mean, it looks nice neat, tidy and professional

i only know snowwy who has got this done. He's had a custom box built into the wheel well and a 15" JL facing upwards. Apparently it was quite loud (i've never heard it)

i think any high powered 15 inch sub will be loud!!!! but yeah i wanna get a 15inch SUB also 
just want to know if it will sound ok postioned like that in the wheel well? as in wont loose loudness or quality?
but dont really want to have to make a custom box
my mates one in his polo is still in the standard box in the wheel well! however his was a 12inch!

i have a 12 W3 V2 in there and its not as lound outside as if it was facing the back of the car.
Its still loud tho.

Plus you have to get rid of the wheel retainer bracket.
