Know your stuff but dont be nerdy, retail jobs are all about being able to sell. they will prob ask you to sell a car to them.
all you have to remeber is open ended questions, what are you looking for? ect
then when the are interested, stress benifits, never compare it to another car/model. just say its a different ype of car.
when they are getting to closure use closed questions, are you going to go fro that car? ect

it was advertised in the local paper so applied then yesterday got a sort of phone test which must have gone ok as they rang me again today asnd asked to go in for an interview tomorrow.
the company sell mitsu's and also mazda's....he said that knwoign info about the cars is not a must (as it all gets taught) but i'm going to do a craming session before the interview.
should i be expecting a 'role play'?

some questions i've thought of are: what type of car, what its going to be used for, budget (will mention finance options i recon to impress)
will then talk about performance i recon, then somehing like colour options, talk about interior.....probs get some comment in about the looks the car gets for ppl walking down the street (especially the evo)

yer, i think i'm the last one today.....its at 6:45pm
The bloke doing the interview used to do the same part time/weekend job as what i have now and on the phone he asked if certain people were still there.....if he starts rambling on about that for a while then i'll be sorted
