Swimming for Hemel Hempstead Swimming Club I won the county championships once. But I moved to Hatfield Swimming Club & won it numerous times at one point just before I gave up I had won the 200m Breaststroke 5 years in a row, as well as breaking the county record, and had won the 100m Breaststroke 4 years in a row. Was also part of county title winning medley & freestyle relays.
Had been to National championships indiviadually & as part of relay teams where our best position one year was 8th best in the country.
We also won Southern Counties with our relay team meaning we were the best in the south of england
Best times were 100m Breastroke 1m 07s, 200m Breastroke 2m 26s, 100m Freestyle 55s, thats about all i can remember.
Although I went swimming the other day to see how unfit I was & after 4 years it was bad news theres no way I could ever get back into the shape I was when I was training 12 times a week with weights sessions stuck in there as well
