advised though but then again if you get pulled & you still have all your documents, the cops will probs still be cocks & give you a producer saying you aint got them regardless

sure your driving liecences dont have a pictures on them.. it could be anyones driving liecence you hand over to a copper.

I thought this as well.

Reason i'm asking is because my dad had a bit of a heated discussion with someone in The Link who seemed to think that you were required by law to carry them with you at all times.

If you leave documents in your car and it is stolen oh dear a free car. My neighbour years agao had his M.O.T insurance and log book in his car and it was knicked. His insurance did not pay out.

same here, but then i rarely take my wallet out with me for the fear of losing it. I'm stupid like that.

I got asked for ID when i bought some a 4-pack of carling the other day I'm 21 and never got asked between the ages of 16-18

its actually an offence to not carry the stuff in the car, but as its also a pretty stupid thing to they came up with the producer scheme so u get a week to show it all

In the US, it's a legal requirement to carry your licence and "registration" docs in your car at all times...
