for those who can remember- i had a crash in march with an asain, he come onto wrong side of the road and hit me , which reulted in ma corsa spining so i was facing the otherway up the road, since the crash police have been trying to blame me , i have had letters of intended procecution ect, then i got a call of the police when i was working away , them saying that if i go on a driving course and get put on youth offending then they will let me off with no points and no fine, i told them that there was no chance i am doing that -its his fault so do him , then i hung up. then i get another letter saying that a new witness has turned up , another asain (prob one of his mates) so the case was back on ,so then i got an investigator onto it, which interviewed the witness and took a statement , which fucked him up because it says "i dont know what the driver and passenger look like , they all look the same to me"
police would not take my witness as he was "under influance of drink"
or of the other two witnesses in the car behind(some old guy and women) as they did not see the two cars hit, but they was behind me and the old man said to police its obvious its the asian taxi drivers fault.
so for about a month i did not hear anything , then today i get a letter.

The report of the above accident has been carefully considered and has been decided that court proceedings will not be initiated against any persons involved in the accident.
Its not our policy to give any reason for this decision .
blah blah blah
so at least i aint getting done next step will be to take his insurance to court and make him pay what he owes me

yeh it did mate the one in the corner is where my mate hit it, the one in the middle is where i hit it, my head hit the mirror and then the windscreen, and yes it hurt
but am still alive
