i am looking for a site where i can design my own badge, like the 'CORSA' one, but i want it to say something else. does anyone know of any places on the web?

Probably not online, but if you go to a sign printers then they can do something for you. You won't be able to get your own original design plastic badges anywehre, because they are injection moulded. To get the moulds made up for injection moulding costs anything from £500 to £5,000,000

So that aint really an option!
