hopefully im going in as a non comisioned officer if i pass my 2day interview at cramwell,NCO'S are air crew and all air crew rank as sgts,thats why you have to do a lot training cos its excellent money and its a hard job,but you travel all over the world,its got naf all to do with how old you are,its to do with how hard you work
