WANKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My insurance was up for renewal on the 10th of sept. I had completely forgotten about i, usually get renewal letter in advance giving you muchhos notic to re-cover your car.
I recieved a letter today on the 11th. Saying :
"thanks for renewing your insurance with us"
£877.19 FC 
No notice nothing. They just took the money from the credit card details we gave them last year. I cant beleive it. I went fucking apeshit. They have bascially taken £900 of my money without asking. Not even one letter of renewal!! 
What makes it worse is this:
Im 21 with 4yrs NCB!!!! thats on a 1.4 sport "only mods are wheels susp. n kit. How the hell can they charge £900?? 
Just been on directline quote was only £431 no mods

they do that but they should have sent you a renewal letter first.then you have chance to phone them to say you don't want it

this happened to me too, complete fuck wits! hate them, took ages to get money back aswell! never recommend them to anyone again! and they are generally wankers!

I didn't get a renewal letter, either, but I did phone them up 4 weeks beforehand to get a quote, since I remembered mine was due...

my mate got his renewal letter but didnt read the small print, when he got the policy through he rang them and told them he already have cover elsewhere, they credited him straight away.
to be fair a lot of companies do this.

if its credit card mate, phone your card people, they will get your money back, then move to someone else!!!
