apparently the new craze going about is pedometers which count the steps you take when you wear them

to keep healthy (not fit) you should do 10,000 steps a day

i've worn mine since 11am and ive got 10,043 so far

bloody hard work!!

i believe o2 stores were giving these away free of charge

maybe lads should cheat & wear it on their wrist when wanking

it's just like a little digital thing, which you wear on your belt... mine is cool, it speaks to me everytime i do a 1,000 steps

They're shite though!

they handed some out at work, to see who walked around the park more...

but I walked about 5 steps and it said I had done 30!!

Most of it is bullshit, like my mates were just walking strange and it was all adding up well fast...

hehe they should release these and call them wank-O-meters

I got one of those stepper things. i used to work in safeways and all the women went on about was how many steps they had done and were comparing. They thought they were really good doing there 8000 steps. So got mine and first day i used it at work, i got 25,750 steps.

i was like HA! i roughly worked it out to have walked about 6 miles in my 8 hour shift

you have to make sure you program it right to count your steps unless you walked a long way you won't do 10,000 a day its hard work
